China Sourcing Desk is operated by 杭州优活家居有限公司 (Ulife), based in Hangzhou, China. This notice explains how information submitted through our website is used.

Information you share

When you submit a buying request, we receive the product details, quantity, destination country, name and email address you provide. You may also choose to provide product photos, a target price, company name, WeChat ID and additional requirements. Please do not upload identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive personal documents.

How we use it

We use your information to assess your request, clarify specifications, communicate with you and coordinate sourcing, quotations, purchasing and shipping. Relevant product specifications and shipping requirements may need to be shared with suppliers or logistics providers to handle your request. We do not sell your contact information.

Services used by this website

Our buying request form is provided by Tally. Submissions and uploaded files are processed and stored through Tally, and submission notifications are sent to our Gmail inbox. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. These providers may process technical and request data under their own privacy policies, including outside your country. If you contact us through email or WeChat, those services also process your messages under their own policies.

Retention and your choices

We retain sourcing correspondence and request records while they are needed to handle your inquiry and related business records. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Some records may need to be retained for applicable business or legal obligations.
